Refund & Cancellation Policy

Eduvado is committed to providing high-quality, AI-assisted learning solutions for students, educators, and learners through digital means. As our services are subscription-based and digital in nature, certain limitations apply regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.


1. Nature of Service

Eduvado provides digital services in the form of AI-generated answers to user queries, document scanning through OCR, and interactive AI chat support, all delivered via mobile application. Users can subscribe to the platform via paid plans:

  • Monthly Plan – ₹99 for 30 days
  • Annual Plan – ₹599 for 365 days

These are prepaid digital subscriptions, activated immediately upon successful payment.


2. General Policy on Refunds

Due to the instant activation and consumable digital nature of our service, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Once a plan is purchased and activated, the amount paid is non-refundable under normal circumstances.

However, we do allow refunds in specific scenarios outlined below.


3. Conditions Eligible for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

3.1 Duplicate Transaction

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same transaction, we will issue a full refund of the excess amount.

3.2 Payment Failure with Deduction

If your payment is deducted but the subscription plan is not activated and our system fails to resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may request a full refund.

3.3 Technical Inaccessibility

If, due to a server error or technical fault on our end, you are unable to access any Eduvado features for a continuous period of 3 days or more, and the issue remains unresolved even after contacting support, refund will be credited within 7-10 days to the original source of payment method.

Note: Screenshots or proof of error may be required for processing these refunds.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

We will not process refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the user changes their mind after subscription activation.
  • If the user is unsatisfied with the response generated by the AI or OCR.
  • If device incompatibility or lack of internet prevents access.
  • If the subscription was purchased mistakenly by the user.
  • If the subscription was not used or partially used.
  • If the user violates Eduvado’s Terms of Use.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the app’s settings.

  • Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund.
  • Your subscription will remain active for the duration you paid for (e.g., till the end of the month or year), after which it will not auto-renew if canceled.
  • You will not be charged again unless you manually renew the plan.

6. Refund Procedure

If your case meets the eligibility criteria:

  1. Email us at support@eduvado.com within 48 hours of the issue.
  2. Include:
    • Name
    • Mobile number/email used for registration
    • Transaction ID
    • Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available)
    • Reason for requesting the refund
  3. Our team will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
